The trader Gaspar starts flying to Home Island once you reach the fifth level and complete the active quests displayed on the left side of the screen. His air balloon lands on a special site in the western part of Home Island. By filling his orders, you get resources, energy, and also, for the third stage of orders, Gems and keys for opening chests.
